Grist and David Garrison Grist.  Dr. Grist belongs to the State Society of Medical Women of which she was president in 1912.  For a number of years she was president of the Ames Civic Improvement Society.  She organized and conducted a baby health contest at the Tri-county Fair which was a very successful contest.  She has given many talks and lectures before clubs and Y.
